By Womaness Editors     2-Minute Read

Salina Williams influencer over 50Let's be honest: It's impossible to scroll through Salina's Instagram feed and not feel inspired. Seven years ago, her daughter encouraged her to start taking her content more seriouslyand we're so glad she did. She posts what she loves and what brings her joy: bold outfits, beauty routines, and her family. Her authenticity shines through, and she's living proof that women don't have to become invisible as they age. Scroll on for a dose of wisdom from the influencer, mom, sister, friend, and career woman.

First thing I do each morning

"Thank my God."

Three things I always keep in/on my nightstand

"Water, a book, and Let Me Sleep."

My go-to beauty hack or wellness ritual

"I drink as much water as possible! Staying hydrated works on a myriad of issues. And I ALWAYS remove my makeup."

"Do not be afraid of getting older; every year is a blessing. Do what you want and pray for forgiveness later."

My inner age (the age I really feel) and why

"35. I feel as if it is a perfectly balanced age. Not young but not old."

Advice I would give to my younger self

"Do not be afraid of getting older; every year is a blessing. Do what you want and pray for forgiveness later."

We don’t believe in “The Pause.” Tell us, what are you not pausing on?

"Living, loving, and enjoying life. I am no longer going to pause my feelings or wait for the time to do anything. Life is short. Please don't pause your happiness for anyone else."
