Womaness uses personal information it collects directly from you, automatically from your devices, or from third-party service providers in connection with our Services. Performing Services:
- Account Registration and Management. You are able to create an account with us Womaness either by creating an account through the Sign In page or during the checkout process. Creating an account allows you to track your purchases and receive a more personalized shopping experience. When you register for an account, log in through an existing account, manage and administer your account and to provide Services related to your account we receive, first and last name, date of birth, country, email address, phone number, address, communications preferences, purchase history, payment card information (payment type, last 4) account password, and other information related to you or others which you provided to us.

- Processing Orders. When you place an order through our website, you provide information required to complete your transaction, including your name, phone number, shipping address, billing address, payment card details (payment type, transaction ID, and details of the transaction), and marketing communications preferences. Womaness uses a third-party payment processor that is PCI DSS certified to process all payments on its behalf.

Market and Promote Womaness Products:
- Marketing Communications. Womaness uses personal information to market and promote its products and service including for the purpose of: sending marketing, advertising, and promotional communications by email, text message or otherwise sending information about events that may be of interest to you. We collect your name, mobile number, mailing address, email and communication preferences.
- Promotions. We may collect personal information in administering our contests, limited edition events, giveaways and sweepstakes, and other similar promotions. Name, email, phone number, address, and other information in order to administer the promotion.
- Testimonial / Product Review Information. You may submit content that you create to us for use on our site (such as photos or videos reviewing our product(s)) or through our Q&A tool. We only use content that you create with your consent. Information that you provide may include personal information such as name, location, email address, contents of your questions about products, and photo, video / audio recording content that you upload or send to us. - Recommend Personalized Products. You may choose to provide us with demographic information (including age, date of birth, email, and gender) and wellness goals (which may include health related information) such as when your last cycle was or any menopause symptoms you may be experiencing.

Improve or Develop Products or Services:
- User Feedback. Where we process Deidentified Data, we commit to maintain and use the information in deidentified form and not attempt to reidentify the information, except where permitted by law. Right Against Automated Decision Making/ Profiling:
You may have the right to not be subject to a decision based solely on an automated process without human input.
