Get a glimpse into this globe-trotter's routines and how she continues to grow every day.
“Don't let anything disconnect you from your inner voice”
First thing I do each morning
“I pop a thyroid replacement pill, pet my dog while saying sweet, joyful things to her, and then I drink citrusy water.”
Three things I always keep in/on my nightstand
“Australian olive leaf-eucalyptus mouth spray a girlfriend from New Zealand sent me. Hand and foot cream. Water. Pen and paper, reading glasses, books.”
My go-to beauty hack or wellness ritual
“Henna hair dye, moisturizing and soothing face mask, scrubbing my body skin with a brush.”
My inner age (the age I really feel) and why
“I feel like a very healthy, nimble, energetic, quick-witted, compassionate, patient eighty-year-old. That's because I have gained so much wisdom from so many challenges, and my drive to share and educate, my spirit of service has only increased with time.”
Advice I would give to my younger self
“Don't let anything disconnect you from your inner voice. She and only she knows what's best for you.”
We don’t believe in “The Pause.” Tell us, what are you not pausing on?
“Following my dreams, honing my vision, connecting with and growing my tribe.”
Word that best describes your Womaness
“Gritness.”
