Can you say absolute dynamo? Get to know Liz Krueger, a 38-year-old Minneapolis mom on an expansive wellness journey. She's an event curator for lululemon as well as a connector across the Twin Cities, inserting herself into all social happenings (including several Womaness events in the area...we're always happy to see Liz!).
This popular content creator loves fitness, family, and always leads with fun. “I keep my content upbeat and positive,” she explains. "But when life gets real, I share that vulnerable side of me, too.” Get a little dose of her uplifting energy in our latest profile.
First thing I do each morning
“I love when I wake before my daughter so I have time to shower, grab coffee, check social media, or get a workout in. When that’s not the case, my day starts with funny toddler commentary and conversations from her crib, which is always entertaining and energizing!”
Three things I always keep on my nightstand
“Currently a carnelian gemstone, which stimulates the Sex Chakra and helps blood flow for reproductive organs because we have been trying to get pregnant again. I also have polaroids of my daughter and a silk sleep mask!”
My go-to beauty hack or wellness ritual
“As a busy working mom who likes to workout a lot, the best hack is washing the top portion of my hair only! I tie back the ponytail portion and wash my hair in the sink (bird bath!) or shower, and then style it as if the whole head of hair is fresh. This saves me so much time and keeps me feeling put together!”
“I am not pausing on approval from anyone to tell me how I should live my life or move through this world.”
My inner age (the age I really feel) and why
“I think I will forever feel 35. It was the age I felt like I got my shit together and it was prior to having children. My energy was high, my fitness was at its highest level, and my career and marriage were in a great place. I never felt like I lost myself when I became a mom because this inner 35-year-old energy is what I bring into every day with me! Gratitude, perspective, and mindset keep me aging gracefully.”
Advice I would give to my younger self
“No one likes you for your looks. As a young woman, I focused so much on my outer beauty or how people perceived me that I never explored deep inner work. I was never taught in a tangible way how much more impactful that would be for all relationships in my life, including with self.”
We don’t believe in “The Pause.” Tell us, what are you not pausing on?
“I am not pausing on approval from anyone to tell me how I should live my life or move through this world. I am uniquely special by simply being born into this world as me and I am tapping into that and embracing it.”
What's your favorite Womaness product?
“Here. There. Everywhere. Wipes are my daily saving grace! For my body post-workout, wiping my makeup off my face, or cleaning up my daughter when I forget baby wipes. I also hope Coco Bliss is part of our pregnancy story because I use it a lot ;)”
Word that best describes your Womaness
